Lands' End at 50

In a way Lands' End feels part of the extended family.

That's probably only natural considering its catalogs have been arriving in the mailbox several times a year for the better part of twenty-nine years.

While there have been many changes over its 50 years — many longtime customers to this day bemoan the acquisition by Sears — one thing has remained constant: Exceptional, if not legendary, customer service.

And in a day and age when you have to wait endlessly just to speak to an agent in an overseas call center, that's reassuring.
