Lands' End aims for precise fit with its wide range of shirts

While a lot of #menswear chatter revolves around the growing number of made-to-measure shirtmakers, let’s also not forget a simple fact: Most gentlemen aren’t buying custom shirts.

Finding the right off-the-rack shirt can seem daunting, but the folks at Lands’ End make it incredibly easy to get a perfect shirt in the right fit at a great price.

While there are endless choices, Lands’ End stands outs from the rest with its range of three fits — traditional, tailored and the newly launched slim — and precise neck-and-sleeve sizes.

The best part? The all-encompassing sizing makes it possible for just about anyone to achieve a precise fit without an expensive trip to the tailor for adjustments.

As part of a new initiative to let discerning gentlemen know about its near-perfect fit, Lands’ End recently launchedMade to Work” as a way to highlight its no-iron pinpoint shirts made from 100% Supima cotton.

Unlike other brands, which largely rely on models, Lands’ End has collaborated with real gentlemen to serve as the faces and voices of “Made to Work.”

One of those collaborations is with, which will take a closer look at Lands’ End shirts over the coming days.

You’ll get to see’s picks from Lands’ End fall collection as well as how to wear the shirts.

Lands’ End may be sponsoring the collaboration, but is not compromising its responsibility to tell you, the reader, the truth. There are no advertorials.
